Some people within the paranormal community prefer not to use the term ghost hunt, they feel it can be see as primitive and even belittling especially when they carry a strong belief in spirit. They will state that they don’t hunt ghosts, however it should be considered that this term is being used loosely here as it is common to most people whom take a passing interest in such things.
